We work throughout Midlothian, in Chesterfield County south-west of Richmond across the James River.
Midlothian covers a wide spread of property types, from long-established neighbourhoods with grown-in landscapes to much newer subdivisions. The common thread is Virginia piedmont clay, which drains slowly and compacts readily. On any kind of slope that combination shows up as runoff cutting across lawns and washing mulch out of beds, so drainage and erosion control come up here more than in flatter parts of the region.
Clay soil and rolling ground make water management the recurring issue.
Functional landscape design to control erosion and manage water flow in problem areas.
Spring installation to retain moisture and control weeds. Options: Hardwood, Pine Bark, Pine Needles.
Weekly and bi-weekly mowing from March–November. Includes precise cutting and edging.
Every service we offer — mowing, pruning, aeration & seeding, mulch, planting, leaf cleanup, bed maintenance, irrigation, drainage, snow removal — is available throughout Midlothian.
